Additional Foundation Options

Each plan design has a foundation design included with the plan package purchased. To find out which foundation type (slab, crawl space or basement) is included you will need to refer to the information page located with the floor plan and elevation of the design. If the included foundation is not the desired type then you may purchase an additional foundation designs for a moderate fee.

Slab Foundation

Reproducible Plan Package Required
If a slab foundation is desired you must purchase a reproducible plan package and you will receive the plans redesigned with the changes necessary to accommodate a slab foundation. You will only receive one foundation type with your order. Due to redesigning the foundation your order will be delayed from shipping no more than 5 to 7 business days. Crawl Space Foundation

If a crawl space foundation is desired you must purchase a reproducible plan package and you will receive the plans redesigned with the changes necessary to accommodate a crawl space foundation. Basement Foundation

Reproducible Plan Package Required
Basement foundations may not be applicable for all designs. In order to accommodate a basement the design should have a stairwell located inside the main living area and should be accessible from the opposite side within the living area (not from the garage or storage area). The basement design would be a walkout style basement with three sides closed and open to the rear of the home. All basements are designed with poured concrete walls and a 2x6 exterior wall to the rear of the home. You will only receive one foundation type with your order. The plans you receive will have all the necessary changes to accommodate the redesigned basement. Due to the redesign of the foundation your order will be delayed from shipping no more than 10 to 15 business days. Your order will be processed in a timely manner.
