  2. Custom Home Designs is in no way responsible for local site conditions, workmanship, or any other means of construction.
  3. These plans are designed to meet the building codes being enforced at the time they are created.
  4. All sales are final. Plans may not be returned once the order has been shipped or downladed from the website.
  5. The purchase of plans from Custom Home Designs in no way tranfers ownership to the purchaser.
  6. The plans come with a license to construct one(1) home from the plans being purchased. The license is granted to the purchaser only and may not be transfered to another party. If you want to construct additional homes from a Custom Home Designs set of plans you must contact our office @ (334) 365-1626 for additional license information and purchase.
  7. No home designed by Custom Home Designs shall be constructed without a license for that specicif home
  8. The Custom Home Designs logo(s) and copyright symbol and additional information shall remain on all plans, website downloads, all sales and marketing media including but not limited to: The customhomedesigns.com website and all content free or purchased, printed materials, television, radio, internet and other forms of marketing.
  9. Removal of the Custom Home Designs logo or re-using a set of plans without proper licensing is a violation of the copyright laws. The offending party may be subject to fines of up to $1500,000.00 per licensing violation and may be required to pay legal fees for one or both parties.
