EACH SET OF PLANS INCLUDE: 
    ( A )   FLOOR  PLAN - Fully detailed working drawings @ 1/4" = 1' - 0".  
    ( B )   Room Finish Schedule , Door & Window Schedules.  
    ( C )   Foundation Plan - All foundation plans are designed for slab foundation @ 1/4" = 1' - 0" or 1/8" = 1' - 0".  
    ( D )   Exterior Elevations - Fully detailed working drawings of the front , rear , left, and right  elevations. ( front elevation @ 1/4" = 1' - 0" & other three elevations @ 1/8" = 1' - 0").  
    ( E )   Cabinet & Interior Elevations - All plans include an elevation view of all cabinets & interior elevations of specific areas as needed.  
    ( F ) Wall Sections & Misc. Details  
    ( G ) Roof Plan  
    ( H ) Mechanical Layout - Although the mechanical layout may not be suitable for your region, we include this layout as a suggested layout only to give a general overview of  the h.v.a.c. design.  All aspects of this layout should be approved by a mechanical engineer in your particular region.  
BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE:  
    ( A ) All plans are in compliance with the standard construction practice in the State of Alabama. They conform to the 1994 Standard Building Code and 1995 Cabo One and Two Family Dwelling Code.  
COPYRIGHT  INFORMATION:  
    ( A )  All plans were designed by and are property of Custom Home Designs and are not to be copied , traced , or reproduced for any reason. The copyright is clearly indicated by the COPYRIGHT symbol and is therefore protecetd by The United States Copyright Laws.  
  
MIRROR REVERSED PLANS:  
    ( A ) Most of our designs can be reversed w/right reading lettering for a small fee. Please call to check for availability of your particular design.
SQUARE   FOOTAGE: 
    ( A ) All square footage is figured from the outside face of exterior finish. Two story areas and volume ceiling areas are figured in only one time.  
GENERAL  NOTES:  
    ( A )  The purchaser is responsible for performing the following list before construction.  
      ( 1 ) Consult a licensed architect , structural engineer , or general contractor for any modifications to these plans and for compliance with all local and state building codes in your region.  
      ( 2 )  All aspects of the foundation design to be reviewed by a local engineer.  
      ( 3 )  Custom Home Designs assumes no liability for changes made to their plans by others. Caution must be used when alterations are being made. A minor change in one area could lead to major problems in another area. If you need to make alterations to a design please let us know if we can be of any assistance. Any discrepencies should be reported to Custom Home Designs for further evaluation.  
      ( 4 )  Custom Home Designs is in no way responsible for local site conditions , workmanship or any other means of construction.
